Motorsport24.nl strives to process all orders as quickly as possible so that you also receive the products as soon as possible. If a product is in stock, it will be ordered the same day. All orders, including international ones, are always shipped with a Track & Trace code and are always insured during shipment.
Products that are not in stock are always ordered directly from our supplier and when he has the product in stock, the product is shipped immediately. You have the choice to wait for all products. If you want to receive a partial delivery, you can indicate this in the comments field. If the product you have received is not to your liking, you must report this as soon as possible, but no later than within 1 week, so that it can be returned or exchanged. Products may only be returned or exchanged if unused and with the original packaging.
Products made especially for you cannot be returned if you do not like the product. If the product is damaged, you can of course report this to us and we will always come up with a suitable solution.
